Declaration on the duty of information (Privacy Policy)

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Consequently, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to detect your browser on your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases.

Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analysis service. Google Analytics is offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used as part of this offer to analyze use of the website by your users. The information resulting from this is transferred to the server of the provider and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser in such a way that cookies are not saved.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider.

Facebook and Twitter plug-ins (Like buttons)

There are social plug-ins of the “Facebook” (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, USA), and “Twitter” (Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, California 94103, USA) social networks on our website pages. These services are offered by the respective companies (“service providers”). As part of our online presentation the social plug-ins are indicated by the buttons belonging to the respective services. Based on the data transmitted via the social plug-ins to the respective services, each service is able to associate you with your account with that service. In order to increase the protection of your data on our website, the social plug-ins are integrated within our website using a “2-click solution.” This ensures that, when loading a page on our website containing such plug-ins, a connection is not automatically established with the servers of the respective service providers.

Activation of the function for each social-plug-in takes place in two steps. To activate a social plug-in, you must first click on a link located on our website. This initially activates the social-plugin, after which your browser establishes a connection to the server of the respective service provider. Only when you click the button a second time do you interact with the social plug-in and transmit a “Share” or “Like” recommendation, for example. If you are already logged into one of the social networks of service providers, the service providers can immediately associate your visit to this website with your profile. If you interact with the social plug-in by clicking on it, this information is also transmitted directly to the server of the service provider and stored there. This information may also be published in the social network and displayed among your contacts. If you want to prevent data collected while visiting our website from being associated directly with your profile in this way, you must log out of your account with the respective service provider before visiting our website pages.

Please consult the privacy policy information of the service provider website directly to ascertain the extent and purpose of data collection by this service provider as well as the further processing and use of your data there. There you can also access further information about your relevant data protection rights and the settings available for protecting your personal privacy.

In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
