Climate adaptation for the town of Bad Berleburg in Germany

The town of Bad Berleburg is facing up to the challenges of climate change! Together with our partners Drees & Sommer, we are analyzing the initial climatic situation in order to specifically identify local challenges and hotspots. Based on this, tailor-made adaptation measures are developed. In close coordination with the city's climate adaptation management, relevant local stakeholders are actively involved in the overall process. With the integrated overall strategy for sustainable climate adaptation, the city is equipped for the implementation of measures and the further processing of topics in the field of climate adaptation.

All services and work steps are processed in accordance with the German federal funding guideline DAS-A.1 Measures to adapt to the consequences of climate change.
