Municipal Climate Adaptation Convoy in the District of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald
Development of municipal climate adaptation concepts in accordance with the Baden-Württemberg Climate Protection Act

As part of the project “Convoy of Municipal Climate Adaptation Concepts Kaiserstuhl,” alpS and the specialist agency Klima Plus are supporting the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in creating individual climate adaptation concepts for five municipalities in the Kaiserstuhl region. The process includes informing all municipalities within the district during a mayors' conference, an official kickoff event for the communities in western Kaiserstuhl, and three workshops focused on vulnerability assessment and the development of a concrete catalog of measures, providing the foundation for the five individual climate adaptation concepts.
The project in western Kaiserstuhl serves as a pilot – further collaborative projects for the remaining municipalities in the district are currently being planned.
